Welcome!
Dr. Pugh is a Naturopathic Physician located in the beautiful Irvington district in NE Portland at the Awakening Lotus Healing Arts Center.
She loves seeing patients with chronic disease, GI issues, possible food allergies, fatigue and always brings her special love of nutrition and whole foods cooking to the table.
Strongly believing in “treating the cause,” Dr. Pugh’s approach leads to conservative use of supplements, turning to food as medicine, and taking a deeper look into lifestyle and stress management. In addition to being a Naturopath, she is a life coach and at times uses those tools to support a patient in making necessary or desired changes.
